A glimpse of Gran Canaria
If you are in Gran Canaria to just relax but still want to see some of the island, this is a suggested itinerary.

Las Palmas
The name sounds so fancy that people who don’t know fear to go, but fear not! I loved it, the food, the people, the atmosphere!!! We on latino territory , it’s all caliente, people are happy to help, joyful and dancing in the street at night and during the day !!
In Las Palmas, there is a little bit of everything for everyone

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you take your hotel there; You have all the bus stations nearby; Malls , shopping streets, restaurants , playas and also the stop for the Hop and Hoff bus. It gets busy at night but also during the day.

10 mins walk from Santa Catalina park is the deemed most beautiful beach of Gran Canaria! The criteria of beauty here is not crystal clear blue waters or extremely white sands; Playa Las Canteras find its beauty from its people, its cleanliness, its structure and the architecture surrounding it; overall by its atmosphere. It’s a long stroll that you will definitely enjoy.
#Tip >> Make sure to stop by the natural aquarium (water is so clear that you can see the fishes swimming) & don't forget to enjoy the incredible Spanish seafood (try the black paella)
>> For history enthusiasts: Hop & Hoff bus
The bus has 11 stops and one route and is a great way to visit Las Palmas.

The Hop On Hop Off bus tour also offers access to Alfredo Krauss Auditorium and a guided tour of Vegueta Old Town.
You definitely want to get off at Vegueta Old Town, it’s charming full of history and cute houses , you also have the Triana Avenida , a popular shopping alley (worth it but Istanbul wins on this one, hands down)
Doing this tour in the afternoon is the perfect time for INstagram stars models or photographers , the city is empty because everyone is taking a nap, this is called LA SIESTA and it’s a huge thing in Spain
