Visa process: Very easy, can be done online or upon arrival. The price goes from 20$ (transit) to 100$ (multiple entry)

Tanzanian Shillings , but the USD is very prized

1000 Tzshs = 0.42 USD / 0.56 CAD / 0.37 EUR

Visa process:  Can be obtained at the embassy prior to the trip,  at the border if traveling by car or at the airport upon arrival. The visa costs 50 USD except for American Citizens (100$), and is valid for 3 months (at the border at least). 

I know it costs more when applying through the embassy and I have no idea for the price at the airport since I took the bus from Nairobi
